We deliver Australia-wide. For in-stock items, typical delivery timeframes are: QLD 1–5 business days, NSW, VIC, ACT & SA 5–10 business days, and WA & NT 15–20 business days. If your item needs to transfer between warehouses, that can add 1–5 business days — we'll let you know upfront.

Our Cloud Range — our most popular — uses a combination of high-density foam and feather-filled cushions designed for a deep, sink-in feel. It's soft without being unsupportive, and the extended chaise gives you room to fully stretch out. Every product page includes a Comfort Profile (soft, medium or firm) and full seat dimensions so you know exactly what to expect.

We offer premium corduroy, velvet, and genuine tan leather across our ranges — in 18+ colours including Barbie Pink, Baby Blue, Olive Green, Mustard, Burnt Orange, Burgundy, Lilac, and more. Every product page lists full sofa dimensions and seat dimensions in millimetres so you can measure before you buy. Most of our lounges arrive in modular sections that fit through standard doorways. If you have stairs, narrow hallways, or tight access, let us know when ordering and we'll advise the best approach — we deal with this regularly and are happy to help.

Minimal to none. Our sofas arrive in sections that simply connect together — most customers are set up in under 5 minutes with no tools required. Chaise lounges typically come in two pieces that click into place, and single chairs like our Cuddle Swivel arrive ready to use out of the box.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Afterpay (4 interest-free payments) and Zip Pay so you can spread the cost. For example, a $2,799 sofa works out to just $700 per fortnight with Afterpay. Pre-orders require a deposit with the balance due before dispatch.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery — the item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. Change-of-mind returns may attract a restocking fee of up to 25%, and return shipping is at the customer's cost. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're fully covered under Australian Consumer Law — just notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll sort it out. Every sofa comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering structural defects and manufacturing faults. For extra peace of mind, you can add our Vibe Care+ 5-Year Extended Warranty ($299) which covers frames, springs, suspension, recliner mechanisms, stitching separation, and motor/electrical components.
